24-Hour to 12-Hour Converter

1. The Four Conversion Rules

• Hour 00 (Midnight): Replace 00 with 12 and add AM (e.g. 00:20 → 12:20 AM).
• Hours 01 through 11 (Morning): Keep the hour unchanged and append AM (e.g. 06:45 → 6:45 AM).
• Hour 12 (Noon): Keep the hour as 12 and append PM (e.g. 12:30 → 12:30 PM).
• Hours 13 through 23 (Afternoon/Night): Subtract 12 from the hour and append PM: 12-Hour = 24-Hour − 12 (e.g. 18:15 → 18 − 12 = 6:15 PM).
